Thanks to the Royal Canadian Legion in Sundre for their donation to the Space Lab Cardiac Monitors WE MADE IT! That happy face to the right is our Site Manager, Chantal Crawford, pointing out the purple (her favourite colour) to top the thermometer. We reached our fundraising goal for our Capital Campaign to upgrade the Cardiac Monitors at the hospital!!

Thanks to everyone who donated in big or little amounts. The 2021 Cowboy Trail Market (Tom Mennear) donated $9,470 from vendor table fees, we partnered with crafter Annette Clews and mask sales totaled $330, a generous $10,000. donation from the Legion Poppy fund and a very generous donation of $60,000 from the Bert and Eileen Visser estate (through the Hospital Auxiliary) helped to bring our thermometer to the top.

As of June 2022, the monitors were installed and they are state of the art!

  • GALA 2022! - Who could have predicted that we would have to cancel two GALAs in a row? But after missing two, we're darn well going to have one this year! Mark your calendars for November 19. This GALA is a chance to catch up on all the cool stuff we've been doing for the last couple years and get a glimpse at plans for the coming year. As well, we'll launch our capital campaign over a nice glass of wine, an excellent meal, some local entertainment, and a fun auction.

DID YOU KNOW? - Sundre has a 30% higher rate of cardiac incidents than the rest of Central Zone.

The Sundre Hospital Futures committee provides an avenue through which the general public can provide bequests and financial support to enhance and improve the delivery of healthcare in the Sundre District Health Services area.
Community Health Centres, like the hospital and clinics in Sundre Alberta offer a variety of services and programs for all ages that help communities maintain and improve their health.
The Foundation Board endeavours to obtain a priority list of items and needs throughout all phases of local healthcare.
